[Remote] Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ABCO Facility Maintenance is hiring a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to expand brand recognition and grow its social media presence. The role develops and executes approved strategies, creates engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, and monitors performance to improve audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose social media strategies focused on increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram
• Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval
• Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content
• Create entertaining and eye-catching content, including:
• Short-form videos and Reels
• AI-generated videos, animations, and creative content
• Static graphics and multi-image carousel posts
• Memes, trending content, and shareable posts
• Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation
• Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure and content reach into new followers and subscribers
• Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach
• Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and overall content performance
• Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content aligns with Abco's brand and messaging

Skills

• Previous experience managing business social media accounts
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media audiences and brand recognition
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience engagement
• Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and carousel posts
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms
• Ability to develop social media strategies and present recommendations to management
• Understanding of organic social media growth strategies
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original, entertaining, and shareable content
• Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to guide future strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
