The role supports project-based staffing and managed services engagements, partnering with delivery managers and maintaining recruitment pipelines and ATS records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Center, networking and infrastructure roles
• Source Data Center Technicians, Network Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers
• Recruit Server, Storage, and Data Center Migration specialists
• Support project-based staffing and managed services engagements
• Partner with delivery managers to understand resource requirements
• Build pipelines for niche IT infrastructure talent
• Manage technical screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Ensure timely recruitment delivery and maintain ATS records
