[Remote] Territory Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syneos Health is hiring a Territory Account Manager to implement sales plans and deliver product presentations to current and prospective healthcare customers. The role focuses on meeting territory performance objectives, engaging healthcare professionals in clinic, office, and hospital settings, and managing approved resources to support customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets
• Deliver specific presentations of client’s product to appropriate health care professionals in both the Clinic/Office and Hospital setting by utilizing our customer engagement selling model
• Effectively utilize and manage all client approved resources to optimize customer engagement

Skills

• You're bold, empathetic, and very resourceful, especially when results are at stake
• You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with the exceptional ability to communicate the science behind our client's products and build lasting business relationships
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or life sciences
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success
• 2+ years specialty sales experience
• Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and ability to navigate throughout complex accounts
• In Infectious or Rare Disease, Immunology or Oncology
