[Remote] Territory Sales Representative (FL & GA) – Sheet Metal Fabrication Solutions

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mate Precision Technologies is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to represent its tooling and laser consumables across Georgia and Florida. The role focuses on helping customers improve productivity and efficiency through product demonstrations, customer relationships, and development of sales opportunities and industry networks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to boost productivity through advanced sheet metal fabrication applications
• Demonstrate how Mate’s precision tooling and consumables can improve efficiency and performance
• Build strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and customer meetings (in-person and via teleconferencing)
• Develop and maintain a network of OEM dealers and industry contacts to expand reach
• Track meetings, expenses, and customer interactions using CRM software
• Stay current on new products, industry trends, and market conditions — and share valuable insights with management

Skills

• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication or operations experience (punch presses, lasers, or press brakes required)
• Strong technical and communication skills
• The confidence to present, problem-solve, and close
• A self-starter with integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED required
• Sales experience preferred
