Key Responsibilities

• Data Capture & Validation: Enter and maintain shipment data for ocean and air freight, ensuring 100% accuracy in status updates, ETD/ETA, and tracking numbers.
• Invoice Processing: Process invoices and other supply‑chain transactions using brighthush’s ERP system, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring timely payment.
• Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs): Generate and send ASNs to customers via email and EDI, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Real‑Time Monitoring: Monitor shipment status in real time, proactively following up with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
• Operational Support: Support delivery schedule adjustments, urgent shipment requests, and other operational challenges as they arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist with broader purchasing, logistics, and supply‑chain activities, contributing to process optimization initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply‑chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, or warehouse operations.
• Proven track record in data entry with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as brighthush, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with core logistics concepts: purchase orders, lead times, ETD/ETA, ASNs, inventory control, and ocean/air transportation.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/supply‑chain operations, especially in import/export and logistics.
• Knowledge of EDI standards and experience sending/receiving electronic documents.
• Previous remote work experience with a strong sense of discipline and time‑management.
• Certification in logistics, supply‑chain management, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits
