Key Responsibilities
- Lead End‑to‑End Implementations: Own the full lifecycle of customer projects, from initial scoping and feasibility studies to deployment, validation, and post‑go‑live support.
- Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Translate business requirements into detailed project roadmaps, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and budget forecasts.
- Coordinate Cross‑Functional Stakeholders: Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams (R&D, QA, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Success) and external partners (vendors, regulatory bodies, and key customers).
- Drive Project Execution: Monitor progress, manage scope changes, resolve impediments, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with regulatory affairs to guarantee that all project activities meet applicable FDA, CE, and other global regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, implement process enhancements, and share best practices across the organization.
- Travel & Client Engagement: Travel 10–15% across the United States to meet with key customers, attend industry events, and support on‑site implementation activities.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In a related discipline such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the diagnostics or medical device industry, with a proven track record of managing complex product implementation projects.
- PMP Certification: Preferred, demonstrating formal project management expertise and adherence to industry best practices.
- Cloud‑Based Project Management Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent cloud‑based platforms.
- Geographic Flexibility: Must reside within 50 miles of a major U.S. airport to accommodate travel requirements.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
