About brighthush and the Future of Connected Healthcare
At brighthush, we are redefining the way hospitals deliver care by integrating cutting‑edge patient monitoring technology into everyday clinical workflows. Our mission is simple yet powerful: every human matters. We believe that by harnessing data, connectivity, and intelligent systems, we can help clinicians make faster, more accurate decisions, ultimately improving patient outcomes across the globe.
As a leading health‑technology company headquartered in New York City, brighthush is at the forefront of digital transformation in acute care settings. Our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) portfolio includes state‑of‑the‑art wearable sensors, bedside monitors, and cloud‑based analytics platforms that empower hospitals to shift from reactive to proactive care. We are looking for a visionary Customer Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of these solutions across diverse healthcare environments.
Role Overview
In this high‑impact, field‑based role, you will be the linchpin that drives end‑to‑end delivery of complex HPM projects. You will partner with clinical leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of IT systems, capital equipment, and software platforms. Your leadership will shape the future of connected healthcare by delivering projects that exceed customer expectations, meet stringent regulatory standards, and drive measurable improvements in patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closeout—ensuring that every milestone is achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with hospital executives, clinical champions, IT leads, and third‑party vendors. Facilitate regular governance meetings and status updates to keep all parties aligned.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams that include clinical staff, biomedical engineers, network specialists, and supply chain partners. Motivate teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes while fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Methodology Implementation: Apply the brighthush Project Management Methodology to develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, change control processes, and resource plans. Continuously refine plans based on real‑time data.
- Site Readiness & Execution: Conduct on‑site assessments to verify infrastructure, power, network, and security requirements. Manage installation schedules, equipment deliveries, and system integrations.
- Issue Resolution & Decision Making: Proactively identify risks and blockers, develop mitigation plans, and make timely decisions to keep projects on track.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators such as inventory utilization, project cycle time, forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA) and internal quality benchmarks. Lead post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Travel & Flexibility: Travel approximately 75% of the time across the New York City region, with occasional overnight stays and national trips. Adapt to flexible work hours and on‑site demands.
Essential Qualifications

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with a track record of delivering on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal—capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Physical and cognitive readiness to travel extensively, work flexible hours, and operate in hospital environments while adhering to safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospital patient monitoring equipment, such as wearable biosensors, bedside monitors, or cloud‑based analytics platforms.
