Senior Customer Project Manager – Hospital Patient Monitoring Solutions (Field Operations, Boston) – Driving End‑to‑End Healthcare Technology Implementations

🌍 Remote · Qatar 💼 Full-time

Introduction

At brighthush, we are redefining the future of connected healthcare. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower clinicians and patients with the most reliable, data‑driven monitoring solutions that transform care delivery and improve outcomes worldwide. In Boston, a city renowned for its medical innovation, we are expanding our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) team and seeking a seasoned Customer Project Manager to lead high‑impact technology implementations across the region.

As a field‑based leader, you will be the linchpin between our cutting‑edge technology, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that every HPM deployment—from IT integration to capital equipment installation—delivers on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. If you thrive in dynamic, cross‑functional environments and are passionate about advancing patient care through technology, brighthush offers you the platform to make a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Project Leadership: Own the full project lifecycle for HPM implementations, including scope definition, resource planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and deliverables.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Lead and motivate internal teams—clinical, technical, sales, and support—as well as external vendors and hospital stakeholders. Facilitate regular governance meetings, status updates, and decision‑making sessions.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans using the brighthush Project Management Methodology. Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), risk registers, change control processes, stakeholder analyses, and resource allocation matrices.
  • Site Readiness & Risk Management: Conduct pre‑deployment assessments, ensure site readiness, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
  • Performance & Metrics Tracking: Monitor key business metrics—inventory planning, cycle time, forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction—and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Issue Resolution & Decision Support: Act as the escalation point for technical or operational challenges. Drive timely resolution and maintain clear communication with all parties.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, recommend process enhancements, and contribute to the evolution of brighthush's implementation framework.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in IT integration, healthcare technology, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with hospital patient monitoring equipment and solutions is highly preferred.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a commitment to obtain it within 18 months of hire.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Clinical Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with a high degree of stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and data analysis platforms.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across the Boston region, including overnight stays and occasional national travel.
  • Comfortable working in diverse environments—office, remote, and on‑site hospital settings—while adhering to safety protocols and credentialing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large‑scale healthcare technology deployments in acute care settings.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards such as HIPAA, FDA, and ISO 13485.
  • Background in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Fluency in data analytics and performance metrics reporting.
