Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned brighthush CDM Architect and Customer Data Management Consultant to join our remote, high‑impact team. This role demands deep technical mastery of brighthush CDM, brighthush Sales Cloud, and brighthush Fusion, coupled with proven experience leading full‑cycle implementations from discovery through go‑live. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands‑on developer, and a trusted advisor who can translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions that align with our clients’ long‑term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead End‑to‑End Implementations: Own the full lifecycle of brighthush CDM projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. Drive project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Architect Data Quality & Governance: Design and enforce data quality rules, duplicate detection logic, and data cleansing workflows within brighthush CDM. Implement comprehensive data governance frameworks that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Develop Custom Extensions: Leverage brighthush Application Composer and Groovy scripting to build custom business logic, integration adapters, and automation scripts that extend the native capabilities of brighthush CDM and Sales Cloud.
• Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between brighthush CDM, brighthush Fusion, ERP platforms, and other third‑party applications using web services, REST APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Security & Access Management: Configure brighthush Security Console, define data security policies, and manage role‑based access controls across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications and success metrics.
• Mentor & Coach: Provide technical guidance to junior architects, developers, and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest brighthush platform releases, feature enhancements, and industry trends to recommend proactive improvements and optimizations.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise data architecture experience, with at least 3 full‑cycle brighthush CDM or Sales Cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on expertise in brighthush CDM, brighthush Sales Cloud, brighthush Application Composer, and Groovy scripting.
• Strong background in designing and implementing data quality rules, duplicate detection, and data cleansing processes.
• Proficiency in configuring brighthush Security Console, defining data security policies, and managing role‑based access controls.
• Experience integrating brighthush CDM with ERP systems and brighthush Fusion using web services, REST APIs, and middleware.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in brighthush CDM or brighthush Sales Cloud architecture.
• Experience with brighthush Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and advanced data modeling.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing compliance controls.
• Background in data analytics, data warehousing, or business intelligence platforms.
• Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
