  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate deep, multi‑level relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C‑suite executives such as CISOs and CTOs. Conduct quarterly business reviews, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and proactively mitigate churn by addressing risk signals before they materialize.
  • Training, Enablement & Thought Leadership: Co‑create and deliver immersive training programs, hands‑on workshops, and best‑practice guides in collaboration with the education team. Position yourself as a trusted advisor who helps customers unlock the full potential of brighthush’s security suite.
  • Product Evangelism & Market Insight: Stay ahead of emerging security trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations for customers and feed strategic feedback into brighthush’s product roadmap.

  • Issue Management & Escalation Leadership: Lead cross‑functional response teams to resolve complex technical incidents. Own the escalation process, coordinate resources, and maintain transparent communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of an issue.
  • Data‑Driven Success Management: Leverage analytics platforms to monitor adoption metrics, health scores, and usage patterns. Use data to drive proactive outreach, identify upsell opportunities, and produce executive‑level reports that demonstrate ROI and impact.
  • Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Design, test, and iterate new customer success processes, playbooks, and automation tools that increase efficiency, improve the customer experience, and scale with brighthush’s rapid growth.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong prioritization abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while influencing cross‑functional teams.
