About the Role
The Customer Enablement Manager is a senior individual contributor who serves as a trusted advisor to complex enterprise accounts. You will own a portfolio of strategic customers, guiding them through discovery, workflow consultation, change management, and scalable education initiatives that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Services, you will diagnose adoption barriers, craft tailored enablement strategies, and help shape repeatable best‑practice frameworks that elevate brighthush’s broader Customer Enablement practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Trusted Advisory: Develop deep insight into each customer’s business priorities, operating models, and ways of working. Lead discovery sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate challenges into clear, data‑driven recommendations for workflow redesign and AI integration.
- End‑to‑End Engagement Management: Own the full lifecycle of complex enterprise engagements—from initial discovery and planning through delivery, measurement, and follow‑up—ensuring alignment with both customer objectives and brighthush account goals.
- Workflow & AI Transformation: Translate brighthush’s AI capabilities into practical, scalable use cases. Coach customers on people, process, and behavioral changes required to adopt new ways of working.
- Executive Facilitation & Workshops: Design and facilitate high‑impact strategic workshops, enablement programs, and executive‑level conversations for audiences ranging from end‑users to senior leadership, adapting the approach to each organization’s maturity level.
- Impact Measurement & Optimization: Leverage adoption, engagement, and efficacy metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Identify trends, mitigate risks, and continuously refine strategies to maximize business value.
- Commercial Partnership & Growth: Surface expansion opportunities, new use cases, and risk signals. Partner with account teams to link enablement outcomes to retention, upsell, and long‑term customer value.
- Thought Leadership & Program Development: Contribute to the evolution of brighthush’s Customer Enablement playbooks, processes, and tools, sharing insights that benefit the entire organization.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Act as a collaborative teammate who mentors peers, shares expertise, and raises the overall quality and consistency of the enablement function.
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, strategic consulting, professional services, or a related customer‑facing role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of independently leading complex enterprise engagements that combine discovery, consultation, facilitation, and enablement to drive adoption and business transformation.
- Exceptional consultative skills: ability to uncover root causes, synthesize complex information, challenge assumptions constructively, and translate ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior and executive stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and building alignment across diverse groups.
- Outstanding facilitation and communication abilities, capable of leading strategic conversations and high‑impact sessions for both practitioners and executives.
- Strong project and portfolio management expertise, with a history of managing multiple simultaneous engagements without heavy oversight.
- Commercial acumen: understanding of how adoption, customer value, retention, expansion, and organizational change intersect.
- Technical curiosity and rapid learning ability—comfortably develop expertise in new AI and workflow technologies and translate them into meaningful customer use cases.
- Data‑informed, outcomes‑oriented mindset; experience using customer signals and metrics to evaluate impact, identify risks, and adjust strategy.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional partners and contribute to program, process, or playbook improvements beyond individual accounts.
- Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with strong judgment, prioritization, and ownership.
