Cornerstone Accounting Solutions is hiring a part-time staff accountant to manage monthly cash-basis closes for established small-business clients. The role includes reconciliations, platform tie-outs, payroll reconciliations, and sales tax filings.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly cash-basis closes for a book of established clients: bank and card reconciliations, Shopify and Square tie-outs, payroll reconciliations, and sales tax filings
Skills
- A degree in accounting, or equivalent experience
- Multi-client month-end close experience in QuickBooks Online
- Someone who ties to the source before calling anything done
- Someone who solves problems and brings a recommendation, not just a question
