[Remote] x2 Senior Technical Implementation & Solutions Consultants NEEDED - Series A - Hyper Growth - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Areti Group is recruiting two Senior Technical Implementation & Solutions Consultants for an unnamed enterprise SaaS company. The consultants will lead customer implementations, design and configure integrations, and deliver technical solutions while helping develop the company’s US consulting practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live and handover
• Run customer workshops to gather requirements, map business processes and define technical solutions
• Design, configure and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise platforms
• Work with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, data mapping and migration
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, engineering teams and internal delivery specialists
• Own implementation quality, timelines and customer outcomes
• Help improve implementation processes and shape the growing US consulting practice

Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, technical consulting or software delivery
• Proven experience delivering complex software implementations for enterprise customers
• Strong technical understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, system integrations and data mapping
• Experience translating customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Confidence leading discovery workshops, managing stakeholders and owning delivery
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms or resource management software
• Experience implementing or integrating Workday
• Background in ERP, CRM, workforce management or professional services technology
• Experience working with consulting, accounting or other professional services organisations
