Key Responsibilities
- Customer Marketing Strategy & Program Development: Evaluate current initiatives, set priorities, design scalable processes, and establish program goals and measurement frameworks.

- Customer Communications: Own the customer marketing communications calendar—newsletters, advocacy invites, customer‑only events, and campaign communications. Collaborate on positioning and messaging for product‑related communications.
- Review & Advocacy Platforms: Manage third‑party review initiatives (e.g., G2) and other advocacy platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value.
- Insights & Measurement: Leverage NPS/CSAT trends, engagement data, and Customer Success input to inform priorities, identify advocates, and track progress.
- Systems & Operations Collaboration: Work with Marketing Operations and RevOps to evaluate and improve processes, data, and systems that enable customer marketing—automation, segmentation, and reference management.
