Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager – Customer Lifecycle & Retention to lead the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, revenue, and advocacy. In this pivotal role, you will partner with product, data science, customer success, and creative teams to craft personalized journeys that delight customers from acquisition through renewal. Your strategic vision, analytical rigor, and cross‑functional leadership will directly influence our growth trajectory and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities

- Retention Campaign Management: Own the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation and creative development to execution, measurement, and iterative optimization—ensuring that every initiative drives measurable lift in retention metrics.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, product, data science, sales, and customer success, translating business goals into actionable marketing plans and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage CRM, analytics platforms, and customer data to uncover insights, segment audiences, and personalize communications. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, lifetime value, and campaign ROI.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior marketers, provide guidance on best practices, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Allocate resources across channels, negotiate with vendors, and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing impact.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify opportunities for differentiation in lifecycle marketing tactics.
- Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure all lifecycle initiatives comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal data governance policies.
